Longview Farms is a family unit farm in Havana, Florida built on the premise that healthy foods come from healthy soils. We feed the soil only natural, organic inputs and we use the interrelationship betwixt animals and plants to build fertility in the soil and resilience in the animals. We are among only a handful of farms in this land that produce 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef. The majority of our herd is purebred Wagyu. Over 90% of Wagyu meat produced in this country is but 50% Wagyu, which can lead to an inconsistent product.

Our Wagyu herd was obtained from the Blue Rock Cattle Co. owned by Jerry Pittenger, a founding father of the Wagyu brood in this country. Our family has been farming on the same homestead since 1976 with a commitment and passion for providing the highest quality products nature volition allow. Working Cows Dairy is 1 of but a few of dairies in North America that are truly 100% grass fed, Animal Welfare Canonical and USDA Organic. We do process our milk—depression temperature pasteurized, cream on height (closest to raw)—into most common milk products plus cheese and butter without additives. Our herd is 95% A2 tested.
